The United Empire’s Neutrality Claim
The following document is a claim from the United Empire in its claims of going 100% Neutral.
Firstly, The UE will open up trade to any/all nations. This will mean that former aggressors,neutral nations and former allies will be free to trade with The UE for resources which they may desire.
Secondly, The UE is in agreement with helping the “Rail Gang” with their task in “Connecting the Nations of Athera” and will agree to make its Capital, Alerna, a stop on the Railway. There is also possibility of a Hub for said Railway. However, The UE has terms which need to be explained about any potential agreement. These terms include include:
- The Alerna Railway not being subject to use in Sieges or Wars against our Nation, with it neither being used as a stop for going or coming back from Sieges or Wars.
- The Alerna Railway will not be used for harassment towards The UE and its members(The UE mainly wishes for the rails to be mainly used for Sightseeing, Trade or Hired Services).
Lastly, with The UE leaving the Kongeda Alliance, we wish to not join any Alliance(s) for the foreseeable future. This is mainly due to making said points null and void.
