Denouncement of All War Toxicity

Rivia denounces all of the toxic behavior in global chat and otherwise presented by the Kongeda Alliance. Let it be known that we have repeatedly asked the alliance to be respectful and refrain from talking negatively in global chat. We had agreed on this before the war.
Rivia will always respect all other nations of Atlas, regardless of the situation. We do not condone the toxicity that has taken place during this war thus far.
What is said during this war does not not reflect the values of Rivia as a nation.
We apologize if any nation felt disrespected, and anything that was said. But know that these actions are independent from Rivia, and no harm was intended on our behalf.
