Basically hired as allies for a week (a war) or hired for seiges, we kidnap elders for free

I'd be top dollar for a Merc (depending on the quality) with some a small player base at the moment, one person can turn the tide of a war.

We saw this with the last war, when silent annihilated and carried the war
