Bug Description:
Arcane Alters cannot have books placed on them.
Time of Bug:
Perhaps a minute or so before the time of posting. (8:31 am est)
Place of Bug:
Inside my house in The Steps of Heaven.
What You Were Doing:
I was going about my day and trying to place a book on an Arcane Alter.
What You Were Attempting to Do:
I was attempting to make a new book.
Who was Involved:
Just me
