The Wardens of Wraithwood hereby declare a three day long feast!
Beginning on Wednesday the 10th of June, The Wardens of Wraithwood will be holding a feast beginning at 6 PM CDT. On the third and final day of the feast, Friday the 12th, a Sovereign Trial will be held to determine the true culprit of the bombings at the Feast of Evermoon. All citizens of Athera are encouraged to contact the leaders of The Wardens, Meridion, or Morvia with jury applications, questions, and any evidence of the event you may have in your possession. Drinks and food will be provided at the feast location, the castle Galeshire at x = -500, z = 750. All will be welcome, and we look forward to seeing you there!
The Proceedings of the Trial are as follows:
Opening statements
Officiators and jury sworn in
The representative of Nauru pleads his case
Official evidence brought in
Officiators present cases, based on the evidence
The representative of Nauru answers accusations
The floor is opened to the attendees
The jury meets
A two-thirds majority in the jury is required to convict or acquit the defendant. In the event of the defendant being declared not guilty, the Officiators will meet to re-examine the evidence and discuss the possibility of other suspects. If another suspect is decided on, the Officiators will present the case to the jury, and, after the floor has been opened for a short time, the jury will meet a second time to discuss the new case. In the event that the jury rejects the validity of a new case, the proceedings shall end. In the event that the jury accepts the validity of a new case, the suspect shall be declared convicted until such time as an appropriate trial can be held to determine their guilt. In the event of the defendant being declared guilty, the proceedings shall end and all appropriate actions be taken to deliver justice to the guilty party.
