International Mages' Guild Secrecy Agreement
Form II
In light of members of Cortesia Del Mar expressing a wish to join the most powerful group of mages in Athera, the following protections are required to sustain cross-nation relations.
The members of Cortesia Del Mar that join the Mages’ Guild may not share or sell any spells, spell information or research produced by guild members, without permission from guild leadership.
In the event of war between guild nations or any war where two or more nations in the guild are on opposing sides of a conflict, the members of Cortesia Del Mar that join the Mages’ Guild may not participate in any battles or sieges involving other guild members or their nations, nor provide magical aid to any nations involved. In a war where guild nations are on a single side of the conflict, full spell rights remain.
Other guild nations may not attack Cortesia Del Mar, as per the terms of this agreement, even if they are subject to a different secrecy agreement.
This agreement shall be elder enforced, with a fine of 5k gems and a purgatory sentence of 2k toward any member of Cortesia Del Mar that is part of the Mages’ Guild and violates the above terms of secrecy.
