Port qishen questline unfinished?

I dont know if this isright place to post this but i got a quest from archmage in portqishen he asked me to go to falanirs tomb to Arcanist li but ive been there and theres nothing i tried to speak to arcanist but i didnt get any quest or reward or journal update. Is the questline unfinished ??

I didnt, find that, i only found the Falanirs tomb or whatever. Do you know where it is
