Winterheim Sovereignty Claim
Proposed on the 293rd Day of Evermoon, 418 ACE by Damin Cyrod, King of Winterheim, Warden of the North, and first of his name.
Article I:
Section I: 
This document is an official claim by the Kingdom of Winterheim to the geographical land of the Ice Forest.
Section II: 
This document defines sovereign territory as holdings or lands owned by or under the control of the Kingdom of Winterheim.
Section III:  
This document can be amended, reformed, or revoked by a meeting of Jarl's or by the High King himself.
Section IV:
Purposeful violation of this claim by a foreign entity will be considered an act of treason against the King and the Kingdom of Winterheim.
Section V:
This document overrides any and all foreign policies.


Article II:
Section I:
This document states that the land, and all resources belong to the Kingdom of Winterheim
Section II:
This document establishes that it is the duty of the Kingdom of Winterheim to take action towards any agressors before any action is taken against them.
Section III:
Those given the ability of grandfathering in their nation are not subject to this claim by the Kingdom of Winterheim, but are considered a brethren of the North.
Section IV:
Pre-existing colonies, excluding those given grandfathering right, within the Ice Forest and refugees who have arrived prior to this claim will not be considered in violation of this claim for one season after they have been notified
Section V:
All non-citizens of the Kingdom that do not match the requirements laid out in section III who are found within the Ice Forest after this act comes into effect are to be considered an treasonous colony against the legitimate monarchy of the Kingdom of Winterheim.
Section VI:
Pre existing colonies, excluding those given grandfathering right, within the Ice Forest are encouraged to commence immediate diplomatic agreements with the Kingdome of Winterheim before the day that this act comes into effect. 
Section VII:
Foreign diplomats found within the affected claim may be subject to search, questioning, and possible detainment by the order of the King.
Section VIII:
Foreign diplomats found mining, fishing, hunting, farming, or building without proper scripts hand written by a Jarl within the Ice Forest may be subject to search, questioning, and detainment by order of the King.
